Could be exhaust valve issues, if I recall that was the code that came up randomly for me but just with an OBD reader, there was nothing in the DTC on the MID.

 

I remembered wrong, it was 35 I had so not the same

 

Ok just looked in the manual, B21 TO B24 is turn signal issues.
