Help! Unable to remove 6 pin waterproof connector set sumitomo hm 090 2.2mm

Hello,

I connected this to the OEM Aux connector under the pillion seat but unable to now remove/unplug it. I need to put the wires back in correctly and was just trying a test fit. is there a method or a technique to detach it?

This is the part I connected which I got from ebay.

I was able to pull it apart. Still looking for some good tutorials to use Sumotimo connectors
