Hello.
I have the New NT1100 with the same system of AT, but i write here because you have more experience with this system.

The only issue i have is when i share music with passenger, must of the time with lots of cuts.

I use a Iphone Xr and 2 headsets Cardo Q1.

My system is connect like this:
  • Phone to bike
  • Headset rider do bike
  • Headset passenger to bike
  • Phone passenger to headset passenger

If i ride solo everything works fine, sometime have some cuts on music but works almost 100% of the time.
When i connect the passenger, it also works fine, but when im riding the cuts starts, it likes there are interference on riding.
I tryed changing channel on headsets but seems the same.
Do you think the headset having the same name on bluetooth the bike can get confused?
Have anyone have this issue?

My music is often choppy if I rush the startup procedure. Try slowing it down. Start bike > wait 30 seconds > headset on > wait for icon & audible "connected" > plug in phone > wait for Android Auto icon.

That said, I still occasionally get static on the intercom and have not found a solution for that.

I also use iPhone and Apple car play. I have tried about every way to make the passenger audio seamless. Here’s what I have found. Don’t connect the passenger headset to the bike. I always share my music through the group intercom between the headsets. Works flawlessly. So. Basically connect the headsets to each other and they should automatically pair in the future. “You may have to go into the bike and tell it to forget the passenger headset”. Here’s my process. Then bike on and start engine. Next turn on my headset. “Bike and headset will pair”. Now I plug in my phone and get my coat, gloves ext all situated while I wait for the engine to warm to 1 bar. Turn passenger headset on and it will pair to my headset. Everything works fine this way.
