Mine does it too for what its worth. Most cable actuated levers do that on bikes. On my 2T dirt bikes they actually bounce in rhythm with the motor when idling and they are perfectly in spec lol

Any schoolboy will tell you every lever on a motorcycle, or a bicycle, will have some lateral play at the fulcrum, it's the nature of the design. Including hydraulic clutch levers which are no different from hydraulic brake levers, why would they be?
