Well, after my 2 disappointments with Outback Motortech products (Engine/Crash Bars and the Rear luggage rack), I decided to go OEM on the centre stand. Found one brand new on EBAY from a US Dealer, and shipped with import duties its still $100 CAD cheaper than I can get it here in Canada from the Honda dealer.

Once that arrives, Im waiting for Camel to get the windshield supports back in stock and Ill get one of those.

Check on a recall for the OEM centre stand. I believe there was an issue with the circlip on early units. All other components in the kit were fine. Circlips are not expensive if they need to be replaced. If the kit is newer the clips will be fine. I am not sure how to distinguish between the clips. Someone here may be able to tell us.

Yea, me too. I believe its the correct one (and has the correct snap ring. part number ends in G51) , Honda part number 08M70-MJP-G51.

Bike is a 2017 AT DCT.

let me know if you think I F'd up.

I do have a spring installer, we use them a lot when removing exhaust springs on our snowmobiles. hopefully that does the trick

The center stand I recently bought for my 19 AT was part # 08M70-MKK-D01.

That's the stand for after 2017. Your part number shows for 16-17, and instructions show revised in 2018.

I don't see that you posted a year for your bike, but if you looked it up for 16-17, I imagine it's the right height.

I'd be curious to know exactly what the difference is between those two stands.
