Just curious after watching the video from TheCrumble on a AT's top speed. I think I saw 187 kph (about 115mph) but will they go any faster?

On my DCT model:

Bike says: 56kmh
Zumo says: 51kmh

Bike says: 120kmh
Zumo says: 112kmh

Bike says: 155kmh
Zumo says: 143kmh

Don't know what the top speed is, but 155kmh is more than enough on the autobahn with these idiot Audi BMW drivers tailing me. I've got enough power to pull away quickly even at 150kmh in 6th gear and change lane when it comes to that.

I don't want to push the limits of tubed tires to be honest, and 100 mph is fine with me. Getting there is quick in any situation, what's more to ask for it's not a sport bike as you say.

I may in fact gear mine lower as I don't need all the top end speed, better to use the power fully on acceleration and have an easier time climbing steep switchbacks etc, stay in 2nd gear more, and so on.

199 km/h recorder on my Zumo as top speed. I have not yet tried to push it 0:)

Pushed yesterday at 180Km/h and there was more to come.

Speed readings between tripmaster and AT speedometer have a difference of 10 Km/h

140 Km/h AT > 130 Km/h TripMaster

Anyway, bike is very fast, i saw in some videos 208 Km/h but really, when do you need to go faster than 140/150? Probably never :)

Hopefully a speedo healer can be added without messing with the DCT to make the speedo spot on.

The AT is not a pure dirt bike. In the hands of 99% of riders it is a road bike that can tackle light trails, and as such is (for me) brilliant. I have seen 120mph on the speedo with more to come biut that is irrelevent. I come from a sportbike, sport tourer background and I don't think I have exited a corner quicker than I have on the AT. The real life driveability of the bike is superb.

134

Yep I've had 134 mph on the clock with panniers on travelling down the German autobahn on our way to Czech Republic and the road races at Horice (man is the racing scary but at 40p a pint and ÂŁ4 for a meal what's not to enjoy) rock steady as well just a little weave when we passed lorry's or cars passed us , you could hear the engine was nearing its limit . but I don't do this very often as I usually tour about 70/80 and chill out at a relaxing speed for the bike and me. the tubes wont make a bit of difference to stability or safety . its under warranty and built to go that quick or it would be restricted.
