Forget the rest...this is the best mounting system I’ve come across.
SW Motech q/r system. Really neat and dead handy to take on and off should you wish and unobtrusive when it’s not fitted.

No issues with that oem crossbar cracking? I thought that cross bar breaking while holding a GPS is why Camel made the brace to stiffen it.

Here is my setup for my phone, its my first farkle on my new 2018 ATAS. Bike isn't even registered yet... LOL

I have a Perfect Squeeze mounted to the crossbar with a ram ball and the smallest arm Ram makes. I think i am really going to like this setup compared to the handlabar mount i had on my old bike. I can see this perfect and wont need to look down and take my eyes off the road/ trail to look at a map. It is totally not in the way of my road view either.

No, I have Vlad’s screen brace fitted now.

I purchased the Iconic mounting system. Similar concept as the SW Motech unit. Works great with Vlads brace system.

Finally finished installing my Maxca Android Auto / Carplay unit today.

Had to swap out the original M3 brass threaded bushes for M5, added some spacers and a bar clamp ... quite pleased with the result
